Detailed Itinerary
Transfer from Marrakech (1h30 drive) to the mountain village of Imlil (1700m). Meet your muleteers, cook, and guide. Begin hiking through the scenic M’Zik Valley. After a 3-hour ascent, reach M’Zik Pass (2450m) with panoramic views over Azaden Valley. Lunch under juniper trees. 2-hour descent to your overnight stay.
Night: Homestay
Depart from Refuge Tamsoult (2250m), ascend to Tizi Aguelzim Pass (3560m), and descend to Toubkal Refuge (3207m).
Night: Toubkal Refuge
Early start (4:30am) for the summit of Mount Toubkal (4167m). Enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains and Marrakech plains. Descend back to the refuge for lunch, then continue down to Imlil (1940m).
